Return Policy

Mondaria Shipping Policy:

All our products due to size or length must be unloaded from the truck by hand.  Please ensure that you have a clear area ready to place the materials upon delivery. If you have ordered products over 8 feet in length, it is recommended to prepare a forklift to ensure the goods can be safely unloaded.

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages and materials for damage or shortages. If you find any damage or missing items, please contact us immediately. If the unfortunate circumstance arises where you have received damaged product, please take photos and send them to support@mondaria.com. Mondaria Return Policy:

Whether you ordered too much, chose the wrong size, or ordered the wrong item, you may return items that are in original/resalable condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We are sorry, we cannot accept returns more than 30 days after the order was received. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee, and Mondaria will not be responsible for return shipping costs. If you placed your order through our online store, it is important to ensure the order is accurate before completing the payment online.

Refunds

We will process your refund within seven working days of receiving your returned products. Please note that we can only refund money via the payment method you used to place your order.

 

Returning Your Items:

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. You must first email support@mondaria.com and provide your order number and a list of the items you wish to return.

Please note, we do not accept returns of the following items:

  • Products received more than 30 days ago.
  • Products not in original/resalable condition (such as damaged, used, or missing parts).
