1. GENERAL
Mondaria (the "Company") warrants to the original purchaser that its aluminum fencing products (including panels, posts, gates, and hardware) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the warranty periods stated below.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Mondaria or an authorised dealer and installed in accordance with Mondaria’s written installation instructions.

3. DEFINITION OF USE
- Residential / Personal Use: The product is installed on a privately owned single-family residence (including townhouses and attached dwellings) and used exclusively for the owner’s living purposes.
- Commercial Use: The product is installed on any non-residential property or multi-unit rental property (apartments, condominiums, HOAs, hotels, schools, municipal buildings, retail, industrial, etc.). If a residential-purchased product is later used commercially, the warranty period automatically reverts to the commercial term from the original purchase date.
4. WHAT IS COVERED
- Structural Integrity: Aluminum frames and components will not structurally fail under normal use.
- Coating & Rust Resistance: The powder-coated finish will not peel, blister, or rust under normal conditions.
- Corrosion Resistance: The aluminum material is inherently resistant to rust and corrosion.
5. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse.
- Impact, vandalism, accidents, animals, or external forces.
- Acts of God (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or cosmetic changes.
- Failure to perform recommended maintenance.
- Any incidental or consequential damages (e.g., labour, installation, lost profits).
6. WARRANTY TRANSFER
- Residential Use: Transferable once to a new homeowner within 5 years of original purchase. Proof of purchase and product details are required.
- Commercial Use: Non-transferable.
7. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
1. Email us at: support@mondaria.com
2. Provide: order number, product model, purchase date, description of the issue, and clear photos (at least 3).
3. Claims are reviewed within 10 business days.
4. If approved, Mondaria will, at its option:
- Replace the defective product (materials only; shipping included; labour not included); or
- Issue a pro-rated refund.
8. DISCLAIMER
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
